Evoqua's leadership development program allows professionals to immerse themselves into various roles across our organization. This two-year program, divided into three 8-month rotational assignments, gives aspiring leaders the opportunity to have a positive impact and dive into our business of Transforming Water, Enriching Life. While participating in the program, participants will be given the opportunity to relocate temporarily to various business centers across the US through company-sponsored relocation.

Meet Our LDP's
Sydney Shellhouse l Strategic Marketing Manager
Sydney joined our LDP program in 2020 and has worked in our Holland, MI, Pittsburgh, PA, and Singapore facilities. At each location, she built strong networks while developing technical skills and business knowledge to take with her into the future. After the program, Sydney was offered a full-time position at our Warwick, RI, office.
Lindsey Izzo l Sales, Inventory, and Operations Manager
Lindsey joined our LDP program in 2020 working in our Tewksbury, MA, Holland, MI, and Conroe, TX, locations. During her time as an LDP, she received mentorship and was involved in various positions that elevated her professional development. At the end of the program, she was offered a full-time position with Evoqua.Read more about her time as an LDP
Bryce O'Neill | LDP, Operations
Bryce joined our LDP program in 2021 and is currently working as an Integration Coordinator in our Minneapolis, MN, office. During his time as an LDP, Bryce has gained exposure to various roles and given the opportunity to lead strategic projects in manufacturing, operations and quality management. Bryce will conclude his time as an LDP in May 2023, when he will be placed in a full-time position based on business needs and his career aspirations.Read more about his time as an LDP
Zachary Ranck | LDP, Operations
Zachary Ranck joined our LDP program in June 2022 and recently wrapped up his first rotation in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is now in Colorado Springs, Colorado for his second rotation where he will support the business as a Manufacturing/Quality Engineer. Zachary will conclude his time as a LDP in June of 2024. Ian Vilevac | LDP, Operations
Ian Vilevac, LDP, Operations, began his LDP journey in June 2022 as a Mechanical Engineer/Quality Analyst at our Thomasville, Georgia location. He recently moved to Indianapolis, Indiana for his second rotation where he will focus on Supply Chain. Ian's time as an LDP will end conclude in June 2024, at which time he will be offered a full-time position with Evoqua.Read more about his time as an LDP
