Designed for rugged operation conditions, Evoqua can help you maximize your share of the mobile dewatering market.

The J-Press® filter press is designed for rugged operation conditions in a variety of locations. Mounted on a specially built semi-trailer with all components including a built-in conveyor belt for material handling, the J-Press filter press is a completely self-contained mobile dewatering system. A trailer mounted Evoqua mobile dewatering system enables the contract dewaterer to better respond to client needs in a wide variety of liquids/solids separation applications. Explosion proof models are also available.

Complete self-contained filtration system from feed pump through cake conveyance
Operating pressures to 225 psi (16 bar)
Cake chutes to direct discharge onto 42" wide conveyor.
Conveyor deck is retractable under the press for transportation.
Unit is supplied with compressor and complete control system
Standard pump system is AOD.
Trailer is customized with twin I-beam support structure and epoxy lined steel drain pan under the length of the press
All OSHA compliant walkway, safety rails and stair are included
Trailer has soft side retractable curtains for easy access to equipment during operation
