Zachary Ranck, LDP, Operations, joined the LDP program in June 2022 and recently wrapped up his first rotation in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is now in Colorado Springs, Colorado for his second rotation where he will support the business as a Manufacturing/Quality Engineer.

As an LDP, Zachary has learned to not assume anything and to be ready for everything.
When asked what his advice would be for other recent college graduates looking for a job, he said, “Look for a job and company that will foster and drive your growth in your career aspirations. Work for a company that values its employees and challenges you to be the best version of yourself. The first couple years of your professional career should be one of aggressive growth and learning!”
Zachary will conclude his time as a LDP in June of 2024. At that point, he will be placed in a full-time opportunity based on business needs and his career aspirations.
