​Important Things To Know:

  • All Ship To and Functional Locations related to this Bill To account invoices will be emailed. Ship To - is the address where product and/or service occurs. Functional Location - is where any equipment is installed and/or serviced. Equipment may be owned by either Evoqua Water Technologies or the customer.
  • If you do not want all Ship To and Functional locations invoices emailed to the Primary and/or Secondary email address you provided we cannot accommodate this request.
  • At this time, we can support one invoice delivery method for all locations linked to the Bill To account. If you have multiple locations and one must receive their invoices via mail, then all other locations linked to this Bill To account must also receive their invoices by mail. I understand by requesting to have my current Bill To account Go Paperless, all invoices related to the current Bill To account will now be processed via email.
