Message to Customers

We are committed to serving our customers, while ensuring that we act safely and responsibly

The health and wellness of our employees and customers is paramount. As the COVID-19 situation evolves we are taking all appropriate measures to ensure business continuity.

Requests from customers for service and support of their water systems have increased, especially at hospitals, lab facilities, food processing facilities and other sites with a critical reliance on safe, clean, reliable water. As an essential provider of services required for the health and well-being of the public, we are ensuring 24/7 service during this challenging time.

" We are committed to our part in providing reliable water quality and quantity for your operations through our services and solutions, while ensuring that we act safely and responsibly. We stand strong with our customers, employees and communities in urgently providing solutions to those in need around the world. "

Ron C. Keating, CEO, Evoqua Water Technologies

It is important that we act safely and responsibly while continuing to provide quality products and services. Actions we are taking to keep our customers and employees safe include:

  • We established a business continuity team led by senior leadership and medical experts to ensure we provide proper guidance for the well-being of our employees and of our customers as we support their operations.

  • All offices, branches and manufacturing facilities will remain open. We have reduced dense populations and are adhering to social distancing guidelines through employees splitting shifts and on-site attendance and/or remote working assignments.

  • We have minimized visitors to those critical to business continuity. Visitors allowed into our facilities will be screened prior to gaining access.

  • In addition to following customer site protocols, our employees are taking extra precautions (i.e., extra sanitizing procedures, specialized PPE) and additional process steps to ensure cleanliness).

  • Non-essential travel has been restricted with video and telephone conferences replacing physical meetings. Travel is only permitted for customer service/support and for business-critical engagements.

  • Our key supply partners have been engaged to ensure that there is minimal disruption to the flow of goods and services needed to support customer facing operations.  Where necessary, we have added additional inventories to ensure continuity.

This is a difficult time and essential operations must be supported. For customers facing an unforeseen need for systems or products to be serviced, we will waive surcharges for emergency service to enable maximum uptime.

In addition to the actions noted above, we will be following local guidelines and ask for your understanding if we experience delays due to quarantine or shelter in place restrictions.

We are committed to our part in providing reliable water quality and quantity for your operations through our services and solutions, while ensuring that we act safely and responsibly. We stand strong with our customers, employees and communities helping to transform water and enrich lives.
