U.S. employees classified as regular salaried or hourly (working a minimum of 20 hours per week) are eligible to participate. Programs may vary outside of the United States.
Health, Dental, and Vision:
Evoqua offers high-quality medical plans options to assist you with coverage of healthcare costs. All employees are eligible for benefits on their first day of employment.
Our Retirement program provides you with the opportunity to set aside funds in preparation for retirement; Evoqua contributes matching dollar amounts to further assist in retirement savings and provides the opportunity to earn even more retirement savings through our profit-sharing program; profit-sharing provides the opportunity for you to earn additional savings; company contribution amounts are determined annually by company performance.
The Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) is Evoqua stock offered to all employees (after 1 year of service) to voluntarily participate, providing the opportunity to purchase company stock at a 15% discount.
Our Paid Time Off program allows you the freedom and flexibility to schedule time away from work for personal and family needs. As a benefit to our full-time, salaried employees, we offer flexible, self-managed time off, enabling employees to take the time they need when they need it. For hourly employees we offer 15 days/120 hours to start, plus paid holidays.
