PVDF Validated

Evoqua PV Series validated cartridge filters are constructed of a hydrophilic PVDF membrane over a non-woven polypropylene support layer. PV cartridges are 100% tested in manufacturing to ensure absolute bacteria retention with typical titre reduction of greater than 107/cm2.

PV Series Features:

  • Quantitative retention of 107 CFU/cm2 Brevundiamonas diminuta ATCC® 19146 per ASTM methodology
  • Component materials meet the criteria of the USP <88> Reactivity Test for Class VI Plastics and the requirements of the USP <88> Safety Test, utilizing a 0.9% sodium chloride extraction
  • Component materials meet the "non-fiber releasing" criteria as defined in 21 CFR 210.3 (b) (6)
  • Will meet the USP Oxidizable Substances Test requirements after a water flush of less than or equal to 1 liter
