Description

The Cyclix™ system is a controls package that can be utilized with a JetMix™ hydraulic mixing system to optimize operational time and reduce energy costs. The Cyclix system consists of a control panel with a programmable logic controller (PLC) and temperature sensors that monitor temperature within the reactor to dictate when the mixing system should be operated.

The system is ideal for use within mesophilic and thermophilic anaerobic digester systems, maintaining sludge temperature within +/- 1° F and reducing volatile solids.

Features

Features

  • PLC automated control systems
  • Stand-alone or SCADA integration
  • Control up to 8 digester with single system
  • Flexibile installation options for thermal probes
